How nice! You have made a choice. Now it is up to me to wrap your package as nicely as possible and to ensure that it is in your possession as soon as possible.
For orders over €39.90 within the Netherlands you pay no shipping costs! Below this amount you pay €4.00. Your package will then always be sent with a track & trace code at PostNL.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with the track & trace code. In principle, all packages fit through the letterbox. So you don't have to wait for it. (Although you can of course ;) If your package does not fit through the letterbox, I will inform you of this.
Please make sure your address details are correct!
KESHI studio cannot be held responsible for orders not received due to an incorrect address. If you find out that it is incorrect, please send a message with the correct details to mail@keshistudio.nl as soon as possible (within 24 hours).
Would you like to have your order delivered as a gift?
Sure! That's possible! At the end of your order, indicate in the comments field that it is a gift for someone. Then I will wrap it even more festively and you can choose to have me write a personal message.
International Shipping
Since January 1st 2020, it's not allowed by the Dutch government to send commercial goods in an envelope with a stamp, when sent within Europe or International.

Delivery times
I strive to have your order ready for shipping within two business days. Except for the beaded earrings. The delivery time of these jewelry is between 2-5 business days, depending on the workload.
The beaded earrings take a lot of time to make, so there are no large stocks and I generally make them to order.

I will carefully pack your order. But after I have dropped your order off at the post office, it is literally out of my hands and unfortunately I have no influence on how long it takes before it reaches you. In general, the following delivery times apply:
Netherlands: 1-3 working days
Belgium, Germany & Luxembourg: 3-5 working days
Rest of Europe: 5-10 working days
Rest of the world: 10-25 days

I would like to discuss your wishes with you and then make a quote for you. Do you agree? Then you will receive your custom-made item in your home 2-3 weeks after payment.
Returns
Do you want to return your order?
Send an email to mail@keshistudio.nl within 14 days of receiving your order with 'return' in the subject + your order number.
You will receive instructions for returning your order in your mailbox.
Then return your order within 7 days, and you will receive the amount back into your account. If you want to exchange it for another item or a credit note, that is also possible. Discounted items or custom/tailor-made items cannot be returned.
Shipping costs of the returned package are for the account of the buyer. You are also responsible for the returned package. So always make sure you have a shipping receipt and pack your return shipment carefully. Preferably in the original packaging or otherwise choose a bubble envelope or other sturdy material. KESHI studio is not liable for items that have become defective during return shipment due to careless packaging and reserves the right to refuse returned jewelry.
Earrings are an exception to the return policy. This is a so-called hygiene product and is no longer saleable for hygiene reasons once worn. You can indicate that you wish to receive your earrings in a sealed package. Indicate this at the end of your order in the comments field when completing your order. Earrings that are returned sealed will receive the amount refunded.

Warranty
You have a 3 month warranty on KESHI studio products. This period starts from the day stated on your payment overview.
Within this period, repair of your item will be free of charge, if possible.
Does your item break after the warranty period and do you want to have it repaired?
Send a message + photo of the defect to mail@keshistudio.nl so I can see if it can be repaired and if there are any costs involved.
Discoloration or damage due to careless use is not covered by the warranty period. Think of natural wear, stains from perfume, lotions, water damage or discoloration from UV light. If you lose your item, I cannot replace it for free.
