  • Where can I see the items 'live'?

    For updates on markets and fairs where KESHI studio is present, it is best to follow KESHI studio on Instagram or Facebook .


  • I bought an item at a market or fair and have a question about it.

    Send an email with your question to mail@keshistudio.nl or ask your question via the Contact form. Is your item broken? And do you want to see if it can be repaired? Then send an email + a photo of your broken item to the above as soon as possible email address.


  • Can I return my earrings?

    Yes, you can! Please send them sealed so we can guarantee hygiene for the next customer. Simply leave a message in the comments field when you place your earring order.

  • Help! My jewelry is broken!

    Oh no! Did you buy the jewelry in the webshop? Then send an email with your order details and a clear photo of the defect to mail@keshistudio.nl, then I will gladly help you further.

    Did you buy a KESHI studio piece of jewelry in the store? Please contact the store in question. They will then contact us for a possible repair.

  • Can you also make bracelets and necklaces longer or shorter?

    Yes, that is possible! Contact us via mail@keshistudio.nl with your question and we will discuss the possibilities. Please note that in some cases additional costs may be charged and that an item cannot be returned after purchase.


  • When will my order be shipped?

    We do our best to get your items to you as soon as possible. Most items are shipped within 48 hours of placing your order. Please see the Order Information page for full shipping details.


  • I saw something on Instagram but can't find it in your shop. Can I still order this item?

    In some cases this is certainly possible. Send a message to mail@keshistudio.nl with the name or description of the item. You will then receive a message as soon as possible whether the item can still be made or whether an alternative is available.

  • Can I sell KESHI studio items in my store?

    Yes, super fun! Check out all the possibilities here.
