There is something about...Mary

The showpiece of this collection is Mary . Named after Mary Stuart the wife of King William III. She was a true influencer in her time (1662-1695) and was often found and busy with the garden of her Palace Het Loo .

In these gardens she collected a rich collection of plants and objects from all over the world. I based the design of this collection on the beautiful garden vases that she had made to order by the porcelain factory in Delft.
