I based the pattern of these 'Indy' earrings on the characteristic architecture that you often find in the 'Maya' culture. A combination of graceful and sleek elements and patterns in the often used colors of the 'Maya's'.

By the way, did you know that the Mayans developed the color ' Maya blue ' and used it for various decorations and wall paintings? This color pigment is so well preserved that we can still see it today in the murals of the ancient ruins.
